Fig, Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Pizza with Honeycomb, Rosemary and Balsamic Drizzle

There is nothing quite like homemade pizza, especially when entertaining - even if its just yourself!

This is my absolute favourite flavour combination, and topped on Abbott’s Bakery Sourdough with Spelt Pizza Crust makes it every bit better. The unique combination of sourdough and spelt delivers the perfect gourmet pizza taste texture that is simply irresistible.

Ingredients

Abbott’s Bakery Sourdough with Spelt Pizza Crust, available at Coles and and independent supermarkets

A drizzle of olive oil

A handful of grated mozzarella cheese 

6 slices prosciutto

1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

2 figs, sliced

1 tablespoon honeycomb

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Leaves from one rosemary sprig

Method

Drizzle your pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven as per Abbott’s Bakery packet instructions. 

Top pizza with all your toppings and enjoy a delicious rustic style pizza at home.
