Ultimate Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2x 185g tins Sirena Tuna In Oil Italian Style 

  • 1 celery stick, very finely diced

  • 1 small red onion, very finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

  • 1 teaspoon nigella seeds

  • 30g coriander, very finely chopped

  • 4-5 tablespoons mayonnaise, I use S&W

  • Maldon sea salt flakes and freshly

  • ground black pepper

  • 4 slices of toasted sourdough, to serve - I use Irrewarra

Method

Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl with some salt and pepper and mix together until evenly combined. Taste to check the seasoning and add more salt and pepper if desired.

Top the toasted sourdough with the tuna mixture and serve immediately.
